New dry Hydrant in Rye Twp.
On 6/28/08 Members from the Marysville Fire
Company installed a new dry hydrant on Heisley Lane. This hydrant will
help provide water in an area that previously had no secured fill site.
Special thanks to R.F.Fager Company for donating supplies, Brian Mader and
Bill Speck for help with the installation, and to The Heisley Family for
allowing us to install the hydrant on the property.

Dual Ejection on New Valley
06/26/08: Marysville Fire Co.
and Rescue 11 (Perdix) are alerted to the 1400 Block of New Valley Rd for an
MVA with dual ejection. Chief 6-1 (Webster) arrived on the scene and sent
Rescue 11 to a near field to land 2 Air-medical choppers. Chief 6-1 Call
County and stated that we had 2 Critical Patients and 1 Doa. Units on scene
are E-6, R-6, R-11 at the LZ, Amb 6, Amb 1,2-75, Medics CC85, CC82

06/02/08: Marysville Fire and
CC E-20 are alerted to the county line for an MVA. Chief 6 (Weaver) arrived on
the scene and stated that we had entrapment. Crews from both companies worked
together and freed the patient.

05/31/08: Marysville Fire Co.
along with a first alarm is send to the 600 block of Linden Ave. in the the
Boro for and house fire. E-6 (Hetherington) arrived on the scene and
reported smoke from the house. The fire was knocked was a PW and the couch
was pulled out of the house.

05/18/08: Marysville Fire Co. is alerted
to the 700 Blk of Valley St. in the Boro for an MVA. E-6 (Webster) arrived
on the scene to a single car in to a pole. All patients are out of the car.

05/02/08: E-6(Webster)
participated in the Mock Crash at Susquenita High School. All went well.
04/09/08:
Marysville Fire and EMS with Mutual aid R-11 and CC A-75 (East Penn.) is
alerted to the 1400 Block of valley rd in the Township for a vehicle into a
tree. Chief 6(Weaver) is on scene with 1 car beside a tree. Chief 6 ask for
life lion to the scene. R-11(Perdix) landed life lion at the lion club park.

04/01/08:
Marysville Fire and Ems is dispatched to the subway tunnel for an MVA.
Engine 6 (Webster) arrived on scene to fine 2 trucks head on with no
injuries.

Smoke in an basement in Rye
Twp.
03/31/08:
A First alarm Assignment is sent for
smoke in the basement. Chief 6 (Weaver) on scene held it to Company 6.

Building Fire
in Rye Twp.
03/31/08:
Around 10:40 a Box Alarm is send for 1005 Flowers Lane For a Building fire.
Ambulance 6 first on scene with fire throw the roof and some roof collapse.
Ambulance 6 also requested 2 alarm. Rescue 6 (Bailey Jr.) and Chief
2(Worner) on the scene at the same time. Chief 2 took command. Rescue 11 (Perdix)
Arrived shortly after. Chief 11-2 (Supko) then had Command. FF Jumper and 2
Members from Perdix Forced all the Doors on side A.

On 3/22/08: Marysville Fire and Ems
with Mutual aid is alerted to route 850 at Salem Church for an MVA w/
entrapment in the township. Chief 6 (Weaver) on scene with 1 car off the
road and the driver entrapped. Mutual aid companies are E-12 (Shermans Dale)
and R-11(Perdix).

On 3/16/08: Marysville
Fire and Ems is Alerted to the Intersection of Landsvale St and Broad St in
the Boro. Chief 6-3 (Hetherington) First on scene to
find 1 SUV on it's roof with all Pt. out of the car.

02/03/08:
Marysville Fire Co. is dispatched to 515 Valley St. Box 6-01. Cumberland
Chief 1-16(Benoist) first on scene. He reported heavy smoke and some fire at the
A-B corner. Engine 6(Webster) arrived and the crew (Hetherington and Bailey Jr.)
advanced a handline to the 2nd floor. Prior to this a 2nd crew forced the door
and invest. the attic (Morris and Jumper). The bulk of the fire was in the porch
roof. Chief 6(Weaver) had command of this incident and wishes to thank all the
Mutual aid Co.(PC11. CC20, 17, 18 & DC37, CC EMS 75) for a job well done!!

1/28/08:
Company 6
and Rescue 11 were dispatched to the 900 block of Valley Rd (Rt. 850) for a
reported vehicle into a structure. Chief 6 (Weaver) and Chief 6-2 (Morris)
arrived on scene to find a single vehicle in the front yard of residence. Male
driver was found to be class 4. Box held to company 6 and ambulance 69. Crews
provided lighting and extraction.

1/20/08:
Company 6 was dispatched to a
two vehicle auto accident at Rt. 11/15 (State Rd) @ Rt. 850 (Valley Rd).
Engine 6 and Chief 6-1 (Webster) arrived to find two vehicles head on. All
occupants were out of the vehicles. Engine and Rescue crews provide patient
care, vehicle stabilization and fluid control.

01/09/08:
At appx.1030 hours, Company 6 and CC Engine 20 were dispatched to the 400 Block
of Linden Ave. Chief 6 (Weaver) arrived on scene to find a fully involved garage
with a second garage within 4 feet of the involved garage. Engine 6 arrived on
scene and crews started knock down and preventing fire from destroying
exposure garage. CC Engine 20 arrived and assisted with knock down and overhaul
of exposure garage. Rescue 11 arrived and assisted with overhaul. CC rescue 18
and truck 30 were also on scene and assisted as needed.
